Smile Maker is a beautiful ocean front home in Carolina Beach, just 8 blocks from the boardwalk.  The large seven bedroom, four bathroom home sleeps up to 17 people in bedrooms.  Enjoy the amazing ocean views from all three decks and your own private walkway to the beach with outdoor shower.  With an oversized double car garage you can easily park six cars, with four in the garage. Also included in the garage is an extra refrigerator with freezer. 

This home is fully handicap accessible, with a large master bedroom and handicap bathroom on the main level.  There is also an elevator to allow access to each level. 

The kitchen features GE profile stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large butcher block island with 5 stools, smooth-top range, and convection oven. From the kitchen you will find a large dining table with seating for eight.
On the main level you will also find the handicap accessible master bedroom and bathroom with queen bed, and additional bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and an additional full bath with tub/shower combo that is accessible from the common areas.  This floor also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. From the open living room there are sliders and full size windows overlooking the deck with amazing ocean views.

The second floor has a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. There is a foosball table as well as a poker table in the second floor living area. This floor has another beautiful view, which can be seen from the living room and large deck. Also on this floor are a second master bedroom with a king bed, and a large private bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms with queen beds on this floor, as well as another full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a door at the top of the stairs to help reduce noise and allow for more privacy between this level and the main floor.

The third floor loft is great for kids, with four sets of bunk beds and an air hockey table. There are also two bedrooms on the top floor (one with a queen, one with a queen and a twin), as well as another full bath. This floor has another great deck with perfect ocean views.


This spacious home has plenty of room to spread out. It is perfect for large family gatherings. The boardwalk and many restaurants are all within walking distance, as well as the fishing pier. Carolina Beach has family night on Tuesdays, Bingo on Wednesdays, free fireworks every Thursday, movies at the lake, as well as free concerts throughout the summer.
The NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher is just a short drive away.
