Starfish

Starfish is a second row town home which makes it the perfect location with just steps to the beach access and it offers keyless entry. This town home has views of the ocean from the spacious deck, which has high back chairs to also view the canal from. The evenings are accented by the patio lighting and the mornings are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the ocean view. The deck is shaded all day during the summer allowing use on those summer days when you need a little reprieve from the beach and sun. 

The townhome has a one car garage on the bottom level, living room, kitchen, laundry, and 1/2 bathroom on first level. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top floor, each bedroom having their own bathroom. Newly furnished, painted, new floors and this unit comes with a fully equipped and recently upgraded kitchen, 2 large flat screen TV's and high speed WIFI.  This location is two blocks to restaurants and only four blocks from the Carolina Beach boardwalk. A walk a few blocks north will get you to the North End Café that has great coffee, breakfast sandwiches/ burgers and even a small store for incidentals. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large closet, and a large wall mounted Roku TV with local cable channels.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full size) and an additional twin size bed with a large closet as well. Both bedrooms offer plenty of space to unpack for your week of beach time. The living room has a 55 inch Roku TV with cable that also includes local channels. Roku offers all of the streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.  There is a very large sectional sofa to relax after a long day at the beach.  The dining table can be utilized to seat four people along with three bar stools at the quartz kitchen countertop.

The relaxing atmosphere is mainly due to their being only four units in this complex. There is an option to also rent one of the other units located two doors down allowing you to have a larger group/ family gathering but spread out in two different units, see Scallop (115 Scallop Lane). The garage can accommodate one vehicle inside while room for another in the driveway. Unit comes with linens & bath towels furnished and the garage will give you access to beach chairs, boogie and body boards as well as two bicycles. There is a stackable washer and dryer as well as an outside grill for your use. This property is professionally cleaned and managed.
